I’m delighted to share that we recently had an unannounced visit from the Care Inspectorate on the 6th and 7th of August 2025. The inspection was thorough and constructive, and I’m pleased to say that the feedback we received was incredibly positive.

This outcome is a direct reflection of the dedication, professionalism, and compassion each of you brings to your work every day. Whether you were directly involved in the visit or contribute behind the scenes, your efforts have not gone unnoticed. The inspectors highlighted the strength of our team, the quality of our support, and the warm, respectful relationships we maintain with those we care for.
